@ConfirmTKT Guys please dont book from this portal. They lack heavily on customer support & their fake alternative travel plan.
I am stranded at Thivm station Goa (Madgaon LTT express) ariving 7 hours late. @ConfirmTKT dosent share prior intimation about delays. Such a waste.

@IRCTCofficial @AshwiniVaishnaw sir. Stranded at Thivm station Goa. Madgaon express going from Thivm to Mumbai is delayed by 7 hrs without any prior intimation from Indian railways. Completely unacceptable. Need fair compensation and assistance at the station. #Indianrailways

@RailwaySeva @KonkanRailway I have already raised twice on Railmadad. The ticket is being generated and automatically closed itself. There is no resolution or even basic assistance provided in case of massive delay. Least as of now i could expect is lounge access immediately foe the delay.
