Such an arrogant behaviour by your call center person Very unprofessional to customers and dont have any basic work ethics.Why don't you provide CSAT after discussing with the customer ? Iam expecting a proper resolution for the issue Ican't go here and there for the solution

Dear @airtelindia @airtelnews, Dear @airtelindia @airtelnews, i converted my Airtel prepaid number to esim via Airtel app, it's almost 24 hrs completed sim was not converted and physically sim also not working.

And the same informed to one of your call center team members he was very rude to me and said that he was connecting call with his senior. I waited for 10 mins on the call and the call was disconnected.

@letsblinkit your services were stopped in Hyderabad padmanagar phase - 2, 500055, Earlier services were fine, as of sudden service was removed and I was getting an error as we are unable to deliver in your area. Is there any particular issue to stop the services in our area ?
