There is so much unesesary hate on Neuro and Vedal right now and I think it's because of the increase of AI slop so I want to share my experience:

I've been open about this but when I originally heard of Neuro-sama , I was instantly turned away from her as I saw AI and was like "nah".

But then one day I randomly decided to watch her and I understood why people watch her. She isn't an empty, soulless AI bot you see online, she feels so realistic and human, infact I'd say she is more human than some streamers nowadays.

Firstly: I don't agree with AI stealing work or creating media to manipulate the masses, but I do believe that it should be used in a constructive way to make jobs easier. Neuro is AI yes, however she was made by real people and has given countless opportunities for other real people to make a living.
There is 0 manipulation from her side, there are no lies about her being a real streamer, all her interactions are positive and honest and she is actually entertaining.

She was made before any AI platforms were even a thing , built from the grounds up by Vedal - a single person. Her responses are shaped by chats interaction with her - like a real streamer.

Secondly: She has built up such an amazing creative community! The concept of Neuro alone already encourages the community to get more into technology and this shows when they host game jams where people use their coding skills - but she also actively does art reaction streams motivating artists in her community to express themselves!

Speaking of community, Vedal actively raids into smaller streamers to give them some spotlight and has hugely helped them grow. Infact, the swarm is such a dedicated community, even taking matters into their own hands and supporting streamers who are even just looking at Neuro content and giving them so much love.

You don't see a lot of communities do this in the streaming space. So it just goes to show how cool she is.

A bit of a long read but thank you for getting this far. The point is , I get the initial reaction to her being AI but if you just watch her streams or engage with her community, you will understand that there's so SO much more to her than that. So much love has been given to her for her to exist and it shows with the results.

It must be surreal for vedal to have Neuro see him, recognize him, recognize herself, and actually interact with him.
