My sister booked a @NammaYatri cab today. The fare was fixed at ₹417, which was paid when the ride started. At the drop, the app glitched/was manipulated to show ₹3,650. The driver then forced an additional payment of ₹3,200, lying that it would "auto-refund."

Also to decongest roads, pls add more buses & bus stops. For internal roads to gain last mile connectivity, pls use small buses like in Chennai @MtcChennai please do this first to decongest roads and ppl will shift to public transport. Think practically
