it’s a novel experiment being done by some of onchain’s biggest names and we are betting on incentive alignment

so yes, $SV151 is a new dynamic asset class BEFORE thinking about all the implications regarding Pokemon cards

and I see it from the lens of those with vested interests in the token’s success:

Solana

@solana backed -> bc they’re reinforcing their “trade everything onchain” core narrative and $SV151 is the newest and most fleshed out attempt. It’s in their best interest to support and see that this is successful so that they have a chance to lift up aspects of their eco other than memecoins which they often try to move on from (toly coded)

Meteora

@MeteoraAG designed and co-created -> the liquidity pool goats themselves. They designed the bonding curve + advanced liquidity infra (literally custom pools) + helped architect the “dynamic assets” framework alongside Sunrise and Bedrock

meaning the team went try hard here to actually create something new and novel as an extension and push of their liquidity tech

they have an interest in seeing $SV151’s success because:

1. it validates their liquidity tech for this new dynamic asset class beyond memecoins which would attract more projects to their platform

2. it strengthens their position as Solana’s premier liquidity partner

3. they earn fees as a split with Sunrise so yeah of course they want it to survive

@sunrise is the distribution partner -> ensuring $SV151 is available everywhere

their interest lies within the fee revenue + validation of their distribution model for dynamic assets and RWAs + strengthen positioning as the go - to gateway for new projects of this caliber with day one liquidity and reach

Bedrock

@BedrockFndn is the trust custodian -> they hold and manage the physical 151 pokemon product

their interest is in receiving the largest cut of the trading fees for use of supporting the token and growing reserve

this is also their first big reputation play meaning a lot of their credibility is depending on how reliable they prove to be with $SV151. If it works, they win as the first trusted go-to custody solution for future dynamic assets on Solana

conclusion

if #SV151 fails then all these parties lose more or all their credibility with this type of asset class, if $SV151 is a success story then all will walk away with much more than what they came with

the Pokemon cards and tcg aspect is simply the best place to attempt something like this because of the popularity and demand, it makes sense to start there

but overall, I’m betting on incentive alignment
