Japan's Embassy in Rio de Janeiro replied my email saying that from March 1st there will be a gradual reopening but they have no details yet so I should keep in touch. Great. Second edition of November 8th.

@StopEntryBan Yes this is the part I got mad the most. The issue is not you don't let me in, but that you issued COE without warning and you don't let me in after I invested. My employer even called to ask Govt department and they assured no delay in issuing visa. What's an efficient country.
