@standupmackan @LottaL8er Jag fermenterar olika grönsaker ganska ofta - surkål, kimchi, västeråsgurkor, vitlök och annat, har inte gjort en chili ferment än. Har inte upplevt starka dofter. Kanske lite med surkål, men det var mest därför att saften översvämmade.
