[ SUPERPOWER'S VISION ]
The human story is a story of progress.
And while every system and institution has been accelerated by technology and AI...
We forgot human health itself.
Somewhere along the way, the health system became about treating sickness rather than improving life.
So we asked –
How might we build a new system for health?
There are a few parts.
A new health system will:
1. Be the front door – before doctors or Google
2. Prevent disease & enhance human capability
3. Deliver care via AI
4. Feel more like Apple or Tesla than a hospital
5. Put power into the hands of people
6. Lower costs, in line with physics not incentives
7. Bring frontier therapeutics to everyone, far faster
Within this new system, our lives begin to improve.
Health becomes a tool that helps us be happier, more energetic, smarter, fitter, more vibrant, and live longer.
HOW DO WE GET THERE?
Our three-step plan:
STEP 1 — deliver the world’s best lab testing
STEP 2 — build the full action layer (protocol, RX, supplements)
STEP 3 — use a self-learning healthcare system to create a superior model of medicine
INTRODUCING SUPERPOWER
Superpower is your home for health.
We give you the best tests, protocols, therapeutics, peptides, and AI.
You tell us your goals, preferences, budget, health history; we tell you what to do. We test your body, aggregate your data, and build a protocol to put your health on autopilot.
Practically, we give you:
+ Blood draws
+ Biological age
+ N of 1 protocols
+ Health records storage
+ Personalized supplements
+ Advanced therapies
+ GLP-1s & peptides
+ RX prescriptions
+ Cancer testing
+ Toxin testing
+ Gut testing
+ And more
93% of our members say we're better than their doctor or life changing.
Our goal is to help you feel great. You should look younger, have more energy, sleep better, and live longer.
We remove the thinking. We provide the system. Health finally becomes easy. In time, the system will know what you should do better than any doctor, concierge, or human on the planet.
How?
In the process, we build a digital twin of your health that improves with time so that we can move towards a new, superior model of medicine.
We create a learning healthcare system, which takes us to the final step of our three-step plan (more on that soon).
WHAT'S NEXT
This is the start of multi-decade journey. We aren’t done until the human health is transformed for the better.
Over the coming weeks, I’m going to be sharing weekly shipping updates to show how we’re achieving this vision.

You might think R is random, more likely he is smart. Since J can at the latest show up at 8:45, R shows up at 8:30:01. Then if J shows up anytime after 8:15 they overlap. This doesn’t account for the on-time J who is so excited and shows up at 8 but gets disillusioned and leaves at 8:15, but if we assume J is random (a more reasonable assumption for J than R), R’s play is to show up at at 8:30:01. He will miss J if she shows up before 8:15, which has a 1/3 probability given she can’s show up after 8:45.
So the chances of overlap are 2/3 if R is smart! And if anyone knows of an on-time J, please PM me. :)
Regular updates on accomplishments is a standard practice for high performing teams - there’s even a company that specializes in this type of performance management called 15Five. The idea is an employee spends 15 minutes writing answers to key questions that the manager can spend 5 minutes reviewing and acting on/passing on. The website is 15Five dot com.
Taxing unrealized capital gains is another way to mortgage the future by spending now. In addition to creating an accounting and security tracking nightmare, a tricky liquidity and difficult planning situation, it does not raise more taxes overall, just spends future revenue.
@imPenny2x You can't complain anyway, otherwise any dependency you have will become a nightmare. As operated, the system is broken in many areas - X is a huge step in the right direction for feedback.
Las Vegas has about 1m visitors per week, so that’s 15% of Vegas visitors attending an event at the Sphere. Plus F&B ($30 cocktails!!!) and advertising.
Wow, the Sphere has incredible sound and video. What a bold bet! 2.3B probably has debt service of 500k/day plus similar operation cost, call it $1m/day. With 20k seats, that’s $50/seat in overhead assuming a sellout each night.
@TheFabBookLover@CollinRugg@LayahHeilpern He did say no, and offered the option if she wanted to get a shot. Seems like a fair approach based on his beliefs at the time.
@elonmusk The crazy thing is this would not be prosecuted were it not for the brazen stupidity to post evidence of the crime in public. Stealing a car? No. Hit and run? No. Killing someone? No, that would have been deemed accidental.
@JaneauxSavoie@TxnNSC@RDog861@EdwardM0704 Wait until homeless steal something from you and destroy it. Happened to my RV. No prosecution, nothing. DA let them go. Follow the money…
@NicklasNilsso14@CollinRugg Fines make money, catching criminals costs money. Most people have NO IDEA how crazy the system is because they figure - “Damn, I can get arrested if I fail to pay a parking ticket, imagine what they do if someone steals a car.” Answer: Nothing.
@VivekGRamaswamy A great way to create competition. Please create competition in the medical industry, ideally outcomes based as well. MUCH bigger problem and racket than education.
@JennaHannon What about using the power of owning one industry to take over another? Remember when the government went after MSFT for integrating the browser? Google with auto comes to mind for some reason. :)
@Sargesbackheel@Liv_Boeree The second bit is that no animal population was found. Quite odd for something so contagious. Taken together with being discovered near a BSL4 facility doing gain of function research on coronaviruses, seems odds are pretty darn good.
