@IKEAIndia We purchased SONGESAND 4 storage box bed (order number: 170982083) on 29th Sep, and got installed by Urban Clap professional per recommendation by IKEA. The installation went well and for the 1st day the bed was good, but on the second day the bed collapsed.

We have already lodged a complaint with IKEA Hyderabad store and this email is in continuation of that. Attached, please find all pictures and our purchase copy. Can you please let us know what are next steps and how we can purchase a new bed and have it replaced?
