@PMLotto we did a group purchase, but the ticket numbers that were email were all joined together.... no space or comma so we have no way of knowing what the numbers are....
@lunarchix_jo@RBC I’m having the same issue! Sent from other banks... get an email from interac saying the transfer can not be deposited and I have to reclaim it to the sending back. I have tried from 3 banks! I’ve even tried from the RBC side by making a request for money... still failed

@TD_Canada That "continued interest" is dwindling each time we have to deal with (time cost) these backward processes. 😡 mostly because these responses are typical and nothing ever changes. Until a bank decides to bring a true digital experience to the market I'm not holding my breath✌🏾
@TD_Canada 1) as a small business owner, it is infinitely frustrating having to deal with your 1890 policies🙄. I'm on a call with your agent - verified - yet to open an account I have to provide information that you already have on my file (articles of incorporation)
4) Call center times are 1 of the biggest expenses 2 large corps. Blows my mind that self serve options that actually reduce call ctr traffic are not provided 2 cx. They still have to call in / visit a branch. Even then, no guarantee that particular branch has your information.
3) I have a profile and access to EZ web, why can't I self-serve and setup accounts at MY convenience. At least if you require additional documentation I would be able to do so on my time and not get blocked when your systems can't get something I already gave you 3 times
2) Then, I have to give all manner of information to "update profile" never mind the fact that 2 days ago I did the same thing in a branch. Agent can't even skip that part and has to demand it. What is the point in having a digital experience if it works as if there is none?

@elonmusk@Tesla instead of closing stores, why not license supercharger tech to EV manufacturers (with Teslas always supported on the station). More revenue(where there is currently none), plus more consumer buy-in with an expanded network of super chargers...

@Tesla@elonmusk DashCam - needs to save video frames from at least the rear camera. +1 if those from left/right are also saved. Accidents don’t only occur in front so making use of those frames that are otherwise discarded would be a huuuuge & worthy update. #Tesla
