another set of sera changes that completely misses the point. mid is still unplayable, mage builds in all roles are still bad (on a mage!)

only support enchanter build sera benefits from these changes, however high elo its a power neutral change.

now that they removed skill expression from W, shes better low elo and her wr is inflated from 48 to 50% on support at all ranks so they will never touch her again because there is no reason to
so sad watching this champ go from utility burst mage to WW presser and E cc bot, doesn't even feel like sera anymore.

they "listened" to the feedback of ppl asking for mage sera, better scaling but yet somehow found a way to nerf her scaling and at the same time keep her in same shit state above silver ranks while inflating her winrate so we dont have a reason to whine.

her notes used to do 4x dmg to champions and 10x dmg to minions compared to now, her Q was much more satisfying to use with old scaling, lower cd and less manacost, her W wasnt her whole playstyle - it was late game insurance and it didnt require 5 enchanter slots to work, her E wasn't doing more dmg than her Q which is supposed to be a main damaging spell.

and now with only viable playstyle left being WW spammer - positioning in teamfights doesnt even matter since ur W is healing flat anyway, what is the point of playing this champion anymore? what is it's gameplay fantasy/player satisfaction?

she used to be a skill reliant champion - positioning mattered for W heal (now its flat), spell rotation mattered depending on a situation (now u press WW), weaving in notes AA mattered (now its 50-100 dmg at best), hitting spells mattered (now it doesnt cuz they dont do dmg and ur spamming WW anyway)

riot's argument to this lobotomy is "her playerbase is mainly support". okay, why isn't lux reworked into enchanter then? make lux E not do any dmg, make her Q root 3 seconds so she maxes it over E and make her W enchanter shielder her only viable playstyle then? i wonder how fast lux mains would blow up if that happened but since its serapiss nobody cares.

sera used to scale and used to be a mage, imagine riot would take some champ with similar power scaling, like kayle, and made it so that kayle now doesnt scale but rather spikes mid game, stacking ap is useless on her, and now she needs to max W to be useful and play enchanter. this is how seraphine feels rn.

her playerbase being support doesn't mean shes an enchanter, why isn't she balanced as a mage when everybody is asking for it and enchanter playstyle is artificial phreak incentivized playstyle?

this champion's identity is completely butchered and it seems like riot doesn't know what to do with it.

please, remove lvl scaling from E and nerf it, allocate power to notes and Q, lower cd on W. tweak her mana costs. give her scaling back. make it so that stacking ap is not useless on her.

or stick to her enchanter playstyle completely so that she feels good there at least
or if u want to separate her mage/enchanter give her some sht like kaisa spell upgrades where she gets W upgrade if she buys heal/shield power.

DO SOMETHING this champion is making me feel like i play a castrated karma on support and lobotomized lux on apc/mid and i'm tired of her Q/notes being a literal helia stack generator to proc with WW
