🐿️: Seokcheong?
🐻: Yeah. They'll probably keep bringing it up. If you look at the comments right now, fans are continuing to talk about it based on the topic. We can just pick up on that. Like, "Jung Hoseok's seokcheong." Since we said we’d keep doing that from now on.
🐿️: I’ve actually been eating seokcheong... it's a type of honey I've been eating before every performance since a long time ago. When you guys were marching during military training, didn't the staff give you honey sticks when it was tough?
🐻: Wow, marching...
🐨: Did they really give you those? I don't remember them being that affectionate. They didn't give me any.
🐿️: Oh, really? They gave us a lot.
🐻: I think they gave us Snickers bars. Chocolate.
🐿️: They gave me honey sticks during training too. Anyway, whenever things get tough, eating honey really helps you recover.
🐨: Ah, because your sugar levels shoot up quickly.
j🐿️: Yeah, it gives you a sudden boost, like, "Oh, I've got energy now!" So before going on stage for a performance, I always take a spoonful of it and go in thinking, "Oh, I think I'll be fine."
🐨: So j-hope's seokcheong... for everyone wondering, seokcheong is honey harvested from wild beehives in the mountains. Because they use the character seok (stone/rock), I think that's why it's called seokcheong. It's known to be one of the rarest types of honey.
🐿️: But this seokcheong is somewhat... it doesn't feel completely refined at the end, and it's not fully liquid. How should I describe it?
🐨: Somewhere between a solid and a liquid?
🐿️: Yeah. But I ran out of it during this tour. So my parents quickly sent me some more because I've been eating it like crazy. I feel bad about it. My parents sent me a new batch, but the thing about seokcheong is that it doesn't taste the exact same every time.
🐨: It tastes different every time.
🐿️: Every time is different.
🐨: I guess that's because it's wild honey.
🐿️: Yeah, so the honey this time around is a bit more watery.
