@virginmedia It’s Friday night and all I want to do is watch gogglebox. I pause the TV while I take my dog for a walk.
I get back and the internet has gone down. It takes me 15 minutes to get it up and running again. This happens every time I switch my TV on. I’m just very frustrated now.

@AskeBay I sold a phone and after the sale received a message to ask to send to a specific address. I didn’t realise that this was not the seller and now I have lost the phone because eBay have refunded the money back to the original buyer. I’ve been scammed via eBay.
