I had Adani One credit card which was issued by ICICI Bank representative saying it's a lifetime free credit card. Now during the second year I was charged ₹5000+GST as fee on the card. Due to which I cancelled it immediately.

Second when I asked for a refund on the charge they said you will get after full payment of the due and cancellation

The representative who helped me cancel it promised after your card is cancelled you can claim your refund and now when I am trying to claim my refund no representative is helping me out and mistreating me. This is fraud @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care @AdaniOneCare @RBI
