Rafter was named AOW for the FOURTH time this season (out of four possible) after setting a course record on Friday.

Nicholas is taking home his second AOW Award of the season. His 4th place finish helped CCSU place 2nd out of 12.

👟Rafter received a 4th NEC AOW award after her 🥇 place finish at CCSU's Mini Meet. Beating out 89 harriers, the 2x NEC individual champion clocked a time of 9:30.8. She was named USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week.
