Come with me to shop my monthly self-care essentials on a strict 50k budget.
Let’s see if I can stay on budget… and yes, the last item is essential too 🤭
You are taking some men using provision as control and turning it into provision itself being control. That’s a big jump and you are confusing abuse of a role with the role itself.
Let me explain.
Provision, at its core, is responsibility, not control.
A man providing for his family is supposed to reduce stress, not create leverage.
If I come to you and say “I provide, so you must obey blindly”, “I provide, so I can cheat”, or “I provide, so I don’t help at home”. That’s not provision , that’s immaturity and entitlement hiding behind money.
A real provider doesn’t need to remind you constantly, doesn’t weaponize money and understands provision does not equal exemption from respect or accountability.
Again, you claim financially stable women can’t be controlled , that’s not entirely true. Control shows up in many ways, emotional manipulation, social pressure, withdrawal of affection, status leverage. Money is just one possible lever, not the entire system.
The real issue is character, not provision. A controlling man will try to control with money if he has it, with emotions if he doesn’t, with intimidation if he can. So removing “provision” doesn’t remove control, it just changes the method.
So what you described is not ‘men are not providers’, it is men with poor character hiding behind money.
Stay flexible enough to receive. You have not met all the friends life has for you. You haven't touched or tasted all the abundance the world has for you.
If there is one thing most women hate to admit is that sex is the currency they pay for provision. The fastest was to crumble a marriage/relationship is to remove sex.
This is seen mostly in cases of divorce, illness, postpartum. We have read several stories of women staying in marriages because they are too financially handicapped to leave.
Funny how most of these women can take care of themselves, the problem is the children. Most women know that once they leave that marriage, the man automatically stops providing for the kids. They are not emotionally present in that marriage, but they have to keep providing sex and labor so he can provide funds.
Many terminally ill women will lose their husbands within the first year of treatment, why do you think that is? Once sex is out of reach for most men, the care disappears.
Husbands have been caught in the hospital trying to have sex with their wives who just put to bed, do you think those women were ready for sex? They simply want to keep the provider happy, sex is the currency they pay.
Women have returned back to the hospital with reopened stitches during postpartum due to sex, do you actually think they wanted to go through that pain? But if they refuse, how else will they pay for care and provision?
Ask 1000 men if they can stay married without sex because their wife is not able to participate at that time, you will get your answer.
Women have traded sex for security, provision, status etc for years, denying that now is funny.
@odukoyaisaac@precious21296@PoojaMedia A man started almost 250 games for a club in 377 appearances and you say he was never a starter?
Hahahahahahahaha
@Rano_CFC It is not just about the goals but the time he took it.
In was literally the last kick of the game and they were exiting the world cup had he not scored that.
Insane stuff!!!!
