I ordered a ceramic ion brush but received a cheap plastic one & your team is telling they have no accountability if description & product quality doesn’t match,they cannot return as their seller can charge premium price but can send thrash

Why are you fooling customers with fake discounts? Delivery staff demand ₹5000 extra cash, and Support cancels orders without consent. Zero accountability, zero support & fake advertisements pathetic.

@flipkartsupport My only request is if ur delivery partner is at wrong & concern was immediately raised why still order is not delivered it clearly shows u are completely aligned with the delivery partners actions

Also be mindful that resolution should be from consumer’s perspective.

The resolution was that I should have paid the bribe or the order has been rightly cancelled.
No resolution just fake remarks to close the concern and fool consumers

All false misleading & forged data,clear data fraud, bribery surely needs to be reported to @FCPA_Watch@UKSFO
