⠀⠀3.1 Ticket Purchase Limit (all channels) : Each national ID card can be used to purchase up to four (4) tickets across 2 shows.

⠀⠀⠀⠀❋ In other words ❋ You may purchase any number of tickets per show, but the total across 2 shows must not exceed four (4) tickets.

⠀⠀3.2 The number of tickets purchased in the general sale will not be counted toward the number of tickets purchased in the “EXO-L” Membership (GL) Pre-Sale and JOY CLUB Pre-Sale.

4. To purchase tickets through COUNTER SERVICE at all 7-Eleven branches nationwide, you must present your ID card for identity verification and make the payment immediately with either 'cash' 💸 or 'credit card' 💳, A 3.25% processing fee applies to credit card payments (debit cards are not accepted).

5. To purchase tickets through website https://t.co/BruoqJfl66 with cash payment, please bring Reserve ID or PAY CODE (20 digits) to pay at COUNTER SERVICE at any 7-Eleven branches nationwide ⏰ within 30 minutes ⏰ to secure your reservation. Tickets with overdue payment will be canceled automatically and returned to the system for the next purchase.

6. To purchase tickets through website https://t.co/BruoqJfl66 with a “credit card” 💳 payment, a 3.25% processing fee will apply (debit card payments are not accepted), and for ‘TrueMoney’ 💰 payment, a 1.5% processing fee will apply.

7. After a successful payment, SM True reserves the right to decline changes, cancellations, or refunds for the show ticket, in all cases.

8. Please keep your payment evidence (receipt slip or proof of payment) in good condition for show ticket pick-up. Details regarding the date, time, and pick-up method will be announced later.

9. Please be aware of the scammers claiming to be staff members, unofficial ticket booking and selling, etc.
