Yesterday, 8 March 2022. I cut the sod for the commencement of the construction of an Ultra-Modern edifice for the Central East Regional Police Headquarters at Kasoa in the Awutu Senya East Municipality in the Central Region.
Yesterday, 31st August, 2021. I chaired a meeting of the Steering Committee for the operationalization of the Anomabo Fisheries College. I’m impressed with the status of work done on the infrastructure development of the college so far.
Earlier today, my team and I planted some trees at Kasoa-Opeikuma Apra, a suburb of my beloved constituency as part of “Green Ghana Day”, a day that has been set aside to plant five million trees across the country.

I met with the Executives of the Ghana Tuna Association (GTA) to deliberate on the issues of licensing fees for vessels, piracy and the legal and regulatory framework for the sector.
I assured them of government’s readiness to addressing challenges identified.
Yesterday, 8th June, 2021. I met with the Naval officers of the Fisheries Enforcement Unit to discuss piracy in Ghanaian waters and measures currently being put in place by the ministry for a successful 2021 Closed fishing Season. @moigovgh @citinewsroomgh
