I was given an unsafe car from Winnipeg Airport, a Dodge Durango with licence no 0-DM013.
As I left got on Perimeter on my way to Calgary, I noticed that the car shakes violently as I approach 100km/hr.

The car to me. I understand that since it's a mechanical issue, I should be given a replacement of the same vehicle or a lesser one. I was given a RAM that does not qualify to any of the above. It's winter and the back doesn't even have a vent and I have a large family.

It is a disappointment that a bank like this cannot process a change of details in 2 weeks. I have been on calls, emails and chats and no one, including supervisors, can resolve it. It is a shame.
@AigFoundation - I believe that this is certainly not what you stand for. The lack of structure and knowledge among the staff sickens me. I have provided all the documents you have asked for, yet no one can update my details.
