I have a small trucking business and have been trying to complete my biannual mcs-150 senses May 19th. I can’t clam my DOT# because the new system won’t let me. I’ve tried the CHAT and it kicks me out saying “All agents are busy at this time try back later.” This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I can’t run my trucks and have done all the verification fields required. This is a nightmare!! Am I supposed to just go out of business? On Friday I was on hold over 6 hrs trying to get someone on the line to help. Never talked to anyone. This system is a disaster! Please help.

Has anybody at FMCSA tried to use the FMCSA portal lately? I’ve been trying to update my MCS-150 for 8 days! The automated site doesn’t work and you can’t get a hold of an agent on the phone or in a chat it’s virtually impossible to update right now!! This is a mess that is unbearable!!!
