i’m glad that d*ctorofpopculture freak deactivated, but i worry that we might’ve fucked up our chance at credibility. i know we’ve emailed her job, but under what clause did we email? you can’t just send a few screenshots, complain and then be on your merry way, they won’t take it seriously. and we need to be serious about this in my opinion because she has 61k followers and is influential, as well as highly educated. this isn’t some rando anti on twt, you know? and she was VERY smart with how she worded things, probably because she knows what will and won’t break the rules. in cases like this you need to cite your sources, include proof and evidence that her claims are false and harmful, and reference back to the jobs code of conduct. ESPECIALLY because she is an assistant professor with a PhD at a PRIVATE LAW SCHOOL.

i spent a good part of today gathering information on her, going through the schools code of conduct regarding facility, what you can and can’t file a complaint for, as well as using the COC to reference back to her posts.

for example: because she was stupid and didn’t delete a lot of hate comments, i planned to try and get her with “Conduct creating an intimidating or hostile environment”, because her content promoted hate towards 875 and it also promoted hate towards ARMY, which was evident in her comments. especially because she liked some problematic comments. ex. she called armys “rabid” , and a cult which promotes hate to a concentrated group of people. there’s a few more things but it was a lot and i couldn’t organize my brain so i was waiting for oomf to help me out.

and in order to get her for anything, her page needed to stay active unfortunately. but i think we may have enough screenshots, it’s just hard because in this day and age screenshots don’t mean much :/ plus the links to the dumbass reels are now gone.

that being said, i’m not sure if this will work, but it doesn’t hurt to still try :D if any of you have screen recordings or ss.. here’s everything in the code of conduct and i’ve put a ‼️ beside things that we can potentially get her for. as well as a link to the complaint form and the mail you send it to, but wording is important when you email.

you don’t have to put your full name, you can use an initial for the last name. For #4 select Visitor/Other. For #6, Administrative issue, discrimination/harassment and Code of Conduct violation.

i’ll also include a bunch of random screenshots in the replies that could help one of you formulate a proper complaint now that you have the code of conduct. i would do it but it’s 2am and ive been researching all day im sorry 😭
