@virginmedia @powellBFC93 Yes, since Thursday. The repair time keeps being put back once we've passed it again and again. Guy on phone tried to help but kept asking me for info I couldn't get because no internet then tried to upsell me. Can we be assured that it will finally get sorted by 411pm?

@powellBFC93 @virginmedia Just been on the phone for 40 minutes to @virginmedia as local FY4 councillor and also without internet / TV as I've had other angry residents contact me only to be given assurance back on by 411pm despite pointing out every time we get to the time for repair it just moves back

@British_Airways Thanks for getting back. That's what I keep getting told, but why then is my airtag at the address on the image now and the courier saying they don't have the bag in their system? 8 days later I really just want to get the bag back at this stage. Thanks.

@manairport @manirport @British_Airways No problem, thanks for getting back to me. Can I just ask, is delayed luggage ever returned by Royal Mail? My airtag is showing as in a Royal Mail facility in Ardwick instead of the listed aviation courier.

@British_Airways Starting to get a little alarmed, Eagle Aviation who should have the bag for delivery say they can't trace the bag but the airtag is now in a locked warehouse in middle of Manchester having left Manchester Airport yesterday lunch. Hoping with a different courier not gone missing

Thankyou @British_Airways for getting my delayed back back to the UK on Wednesday and back to Manchester on Thursday, just waiting now for it to be delivered home. Little bit over the promised 72 hours from last Sunday, but again shows value of tracking bag!
