Workers at ๐ Nelson Mandela Bay have raised concerns following claims that the CEO of BAIC South Africa told employees they were free to leave if they believed R48 per hour in the motor industry amounted to cheap labour
According to allegations circulating online, some workers claim they previously earned around R114 per hour while employed as temporary staff, but their wages were allegedly reduced after becoming permanent employees in December last year.
No official response from the company regarding the allegations had been issued at the time of publication. " Crime Spotter SA
