@CarlaRuben@napritch1@onepeloton I gave up calling... placed on hold for an eternity. Received an email from support and I have replied S E V E R A L times without any response from them.
@napritch1@onepeloton@onepeloton doesn’t really have any solid customer service capabilities. I have had an open support ticket for well over 60 days. I send emails and receive no replies at all. Frustrating.
@Instacart you need to do better. Order items overcharged SIGNIFICANTLY. no one answers Customer service #, website "report a problem" tab/link does not work. Going to take the matter up with my c.card company and have them investigate and hold off payment. AGAIN... DO BETTER.

@Herschelsupply Hello there. Can you explain to me why you don't reply to emails looking for customer support? I emailed you most recently on 2/18 and... nada, zip, zilch. Isn't repeat business important, and directly related to customer service? Hmm?
