A novel framework from KAIST AI & Seoul National University that leverages video diffusion models to transform a single exocentric video into a realistic egocentric view. See it in action!
Here is my first prop test with my new motion capture! I 3d scanned my chair into my digital world and I can grab it touch the chair and do all sorts! It seems to hold incredibly well.
New Depth Anything v3
Looks like a big upgrade from v2 in both depth estimation and they added trajectory and point cloud reconstruction

@cinemamotionss@VFXCentral may I ask why the MH Rig? seems like a big work for something trivial, maybe not trivial, but unnecessary, a custom one or even Chris Jones rig wouldn't be a better option?
This is one of the craziest ideas I've ever seen. He converted a drawing of a bird into a spectrogram (PNG -> Soundwave) then played it to a Starling who sung it back reproducing the PNG.
Using the birds brain as a hard drive with 2mbps read write speed.

I work in feature animation. AI is smooth, but examples like this miss the human level detail. We get frame by frame notes on the tiniest things, not to make it harder, but because we are chasing a deeply considered vision. The kind you can't fully capture with typing.
