I’ve been in contact with Tesla and managed to open a trend/engineering report regarding the Premium Connectivity issues experienced by European license plate Tesla owners in Turkey.

To make sure this issue gets the attention it deserves, it’s very important that more people call Tesla Support directly and report the problem.

👉 Please don’t report it via the app — instead, call Tesla Support in your country.

Here’s what you can say during the call:
I’m part of a WhatsApp group of Tesla owners who drive from Europe to Turkey.”
Some cars still have LTE connectivity in Turkey, but others don’t.”
I want my vehicle to be connected as well. Could you please check if the same eSIM profile is installed on my car as the ones that are working?”
•I have Premium Connectivity active, and Tesla’s official website lists Turkey as one of the supported countries.”

If the person on the phone cannot help, kindly ask them to escalate the case to the engineering team and open an analysis/trend report. The more people report this issue, the more likely Tesla will prioritize a fix.

🚗 Right now, we know of at least 5 Teslas with foreign plates that are working properly in Turkey, while many others have no LTE connection at all.
