@Iberia worst airline ever! Lost my luggage in Lima and I had to fly back from Cuzco to collect and then they lose it again in Madrid, how on earth do you lose luggage twice ??? First time told wait maybe a week to get, 2nd time oh it might get on the next flight #pathetic
@VodafoneUK I’ve never met a more incompetent team 22 people I’ve spoken too from retentions/customer care, you have over billed then started a new contract without my permission then cancelled then added charges, ofcom complaint raised but no compensation for the 6 hours calling

Recommend checking your season ticket is still on your phone. Mine has disappeared and now in a long queue of pissed off fans waiting for their tickets to be printed off by the box office. Would have been nice to have a warning that the electronic system was screwed @CPFC#cpfc

@annetravels1971@Julio_Geordio@VodafoneUK They know about it, the first person I spoke to said it was a 3rd party @VodafoneUK supplier and that its a mistake, I'm more concerned from a GDPR point of view that our details that this company can auto charge your bill, mine incremented on the phone up to £29.12 from £4.50.
