If Europe is providing Ukraine with €90B in support, Ukraine should have the freedom to spend it where it gets the best weapons and technology.

War doesn’t care where a weapon was manufactured.

The priority should be saving Ukrainian lives and defending Ukraine — not protecting European suppliers from competition. 🇺🇦

It’s fair to question Fedorov’s criticism.

If Ukraine’s institutions were truly operating at “5% efficiency” and corruption and political interference were this deeply rooted, why is he speaking so loudly about it only now?

Where were these warnings when he was part of the government and had influence over these very institutions?

Criticizing the system after your own political ambitions were rejected is easy.

The harder question is: why didn’t you fight these problems when you had the power to change them?

The broader four-phase plan is estimated at ~$119B.

From rockets and satellites to AI and now chip manufacturing — the strategy increasingly looks like building the entire infrastructure needed for the next technological era.

If TeraFab actually comes online at the planned scale, Texas could become an even bigger hub for AI hardware. 🤖⚡️

If this is confirmed, it raises a serious question: should Ukraine be restricted from buying the weapons it needs most simply because of where they are produced?

The priority should be effectiveness and speed. If a weapon can save Ukrainian lives and protect the country today, Ukraine should have the flexibility to buy it — whether it comes from Europe, the US, or elsewhere. 🇺🇦
