I’ve taken 400+ founders & CEOs to paradise…
Here’s what I learned.
For the past 8 years, I’ve watched some of the most ambitious entrepreneurs step away from their businesses, meetings and endless to-do lists, only to come face-to-face with something they weren’t expecting…
I’ve helped 100s of founders and CEOs get clear on what actually matters, not just in business, but in life.
I’m opening private 1:1 calls for those who are ready to do the same.
If you want to build something that actually feels fulfilling, let’s talk...

Your business is only as strong as the person leading it.
If you’re running on empty, if you’re stuck in loops of overthinking, if success feels more like a weight than a reward, no amount of money, growth, or external validation will fix it.
For the past 8 years...

- The founder chasing more finally admits that he has no idea what he’s actually running toward.
- The overachiever who built a massive empire? Turns out, he’s exhausted and has never felt more disconnected and lonely.
The hard truth we see again and again:

Themselves.
Once they landed in paradise, after we take away their phones, without the constant noise, the distractions & the next goal to chase, something shifts.
- The CEO who thought he needed to work harder realizes he actually needs to let go for his team to step up.

78% of founders struggle with mental health. I was one of them.
Eight years ago, I was stuck in survival mode - working 16-hour days, seven days a week, trying to prove my worth through success.
The companies thrived, but I collapsed...

At the time, I didn’t have the tools to get out. I was afraid to ask for help, scared it would make me look weak.
Looking back, I see the real risk wasn’t being vulnerable - it was ignoring the warning signs.
Mental fitness isn’t a luxury for founders; it’s a necessity.

There were clear signs indicating I was about to burn out… I started experiencing:
> Constant low-key anxiety
> Occasional panic attacks
> Frequent exhaustion

(3/3)
- living in a wooden cabin in the mountains
- helping humble & véry ambitious clients move from stress to flow
- conscious travel with like-minded friends
Things I THOUGHT would make me happy (1/3)
- company exit
- working with celebrities
- buying another motorbike
- penthouse apartment
- frequent Michelin star restaurant meals
- leading a massive team
- constant travel
Things that ACTUALLY make me happy (2/3)
- waterfall hikes and time in nature
- knowing how to regulate my nervous system
- co-creating magical gatherings with a tight, brilliant team
- waking up to the smell of cacao (no alarm clock ever)
- eating home grown organic food...
