During his 8 years as Governor of Florida @GovRonDeSantis made medical freedom a priority. During COVID, he led the nation with common-sense policies that put constitutional rights, parental rights, and individual liberty first.

Millions of people moved to the free state of Florida because of his leadership.

This legislative session, Florida lawmakers had the opportunity to put permanent protections in place through two critical pieces of legislation: the Medical Freedom Act and the AI Bill of Rights.

Both bills fully passed the Senate. But House Speaker @Daniel_PerezFL blocked them from advancing in the House.

Despite overwhelming support from Floridians for informed consent, parental rights, and protections against medical coercion, Speaker Perez caved to intense lobbying pressure, special interests, and political gamesmanship.

Governor DeSantis then made these bills a priority again during Special Session...and once again, they were blocked by Speaker Perez.

For the second time, he stopped these bills from moving forward.

House members were discouraged from filing legislation during Special Session.

Procedural excuses replaced transparency, debate, and the democratic process.

Instead of allowing elected file their bills again in special session, and allow the House to vote on legislation supported by the people of Florida, House leadership shut the process down.

Meanwhile, Floridians were demanding these bills be heard.

This is deeply frustrating, not only for Governor DeSantis, but for the millions of Floridians who want these protections to become permanent law.

The voters were clear:

Protect parental rights.
Protect medical freedom.
Protect informed consent.
Protect Floridians from future mandates and coercion.

Instead, politics and special interests got in the way.

Florida had the opportunity to lead the nation once again.

The Senate acted.
The Governor acted.
The people spoke.

But Speaker Perez failed to meet the moment.

Floridians are watching—and they will remember who stood for freedom and who stood in the way.

Companies Nvidia and PulteGroup are patterning with SPAN, “A major U.S home builder is now making small fractional data centers, or they call them nodes that can be put on the side of residential homes.”

“These could negate the need to build as many hyperscalers and AI cloud providers Just tap into the node network like a regular data center now SPAN, collaborated with NVIDIA using its technology in the system span claims it can install 8,000 of these units about six times faster and at five times lower cost than the construction of a typical centralized 100 megawatt data center of the same size.”
