I am so grateful for the leadership of Naw Moo Moo Paw Taing, Member of the IPFD Board.
Moo Moo’s work reminds us that Myanmar’s future must include those whose lives have been deeply affected by conflict: displaced families, injured civilians, resistance fighters, young people whose education has been interrupted, and communities working to rebuild with dignity.
Please follow @IPFDInstitute as we continue introducing the people helping carry this work forward.
Over recent months, I have been encouraged by many people who continue to care deeply about Myanmar from those in Washington, Westminster, Asia, and across our diaspora communities.
We have had deep conversations about practical ways to help Myanmar’s democratic, civic and humanitarian actors work together around shared needs.
I am grateful to everyone who has opened doors, listened carefully, prayed, advised and encouraged this work.
Please follow @IPFDInstitute as we begin sharing more of this work.

The goal we are heading toward is not a disintegrated nation but a Federal Democratic Union, protecting and promoting the identities of the diverse ethnic groups within the Union where democracy, equality, and full self-determination rights are ensured. This is the direction we are going, and there is already a shared understanding among the revolutionary forces, with efforts ongoing to include others as well.
