Earlier this year, I thought writing more code was the only way to grow.
Today?
Some days I write code.
Some days I build workflows that replace hours of manual work.
Frontend taught me how to build products.
Automation taught me how businesses actually save time and money.
The interesting thing?
They are not enemies.
The best builders understand both.
- Build interfaces.
- Build systems.
- Build solutions.
That combination changes everything.

Nobody talks enough about how uncomfortable growth actually feels.
Growth feels like:
• Applying and hearing nothing back
• Learning and feeling confused
• Building projects nobody sees
• Starting over multiple times
• Feeling behind
The interesting part?
Almost everyone successful has lived through this phase.
Keep building.
The version of you that succeeds later will thank the version of you that refused to stop today
The Lesson About Automation Most People Miss
Building an AI-powered recruitment system taught me something interesting:
Most people think automation starts when AI enters the picture.
It doesn't.
It starts with understanding the process.
Before writing a single workflow, I had to answer questions like:
What actually happens when a candidate applies?
Where should resumes be stored?
How do recruiters prevent duplicate applications?
What happens when one candidate applies for multiple jobs?
What data should belong to a candidate versus an application?
The biggest challenge wasn't OpenAI.
It wasn't https://t.co/TVxsZnJqGV.
It wasn't Airtable.
It was understanding the business process deeply enough to automate it correctly.
Automation doesn't fix a broken process.
It amplifies it.
The more I build, the more I realize that great automation specialists are part engineer, part business analyst, and part systems thinker.
Still building.
Still learning.
Still documenting the journey.

Why Recruiters Shouldn't Be Reading Every Resume
Imagine receiving 500 job applications for a single role.
Now imagine opening every email manually.
Downloading every CV manually.
Reading every resume manually.
Copying candidate information into a spreadsheet manually.
Moving candidates between stages manually.
That isn't recruiting.
That's administrative work.
I've been building an AI-powered recruitment workflow that automatically:
✅ Receives candidate applications
✅ Extracts resumes from emails
✅ Parses CVs using AI
✅ Extracts candidate information
✅ Creates structured candidate profiles
✅ Stores everything in a searchable database
And this is only Phase 1.
Next, I'm working on:
-Candidate scoring
-Job matching
-Interview scheduling
-Automated follow-ups
-Recruitment dashboards
-Pipeline stage management
-Recruiter insights and analytics.
The goal isn't to replace recruiters.
The goal is to remove repetitive work so recruiters can focus on what humans do best:
Assessing talent, building relationships, and making hiring decisions.
Every company says they're hiring.
Very few have optimized how they hire.
That's where automation becomes interesting.
More updates coming as I continue building.

Most people overestimate what can happen in 30 days and underestimate what can happen in 1 year.
The truth?
Nobody claps when you're learning.
Nobody notices when you're failing quietly.
Nobody sees the nights you almost quit.
But one day...
People call it “luck.”
Keep building.
Keep showing up.
Keep being the person who continues when results are invisible.
Your future is being built on ordinary days like today.
New week. New opportunities. Same mission: keep moving.
HAPPY NEW WEEK! HAPPY NEW MONTH!
Most recruitment systems today are still painfully manual.
Recruiters spend hours opening emails, downloading CVs, screening candidates, extracting details, moving applicants between stages, scheduling interviews, updating spreadsheets, and trying not to lose good talent in the process.
Watching someone close to me struggle through recruitment manually sparked an idea:
What if the entire recruitment pipeline could run itself?
So I started building an AI-powered Recruitment Automation System designed to reduce repetitive manual work for recruiters and hiring teams.
Current workflow already built:
Candidate sends application email
↓
CV attachment automatically detected
↓
Resume uploaded to cloud storage
↓
AI extracts candidate information from the CV
↓
Structured candidate profile generated automatically
↓
Data parsed into structured JSON
↓
Candidate record created inside Airtable
↓
Recruitment database updates itself automatically
The system already extracts:
• Full Name
• Email
• Phone Number
• Skills
• Years of Experience
• Current Role
• Education
• AI-generated Candidate Summary
• Resume Text
• Resume File URL
And this is just the beginning.
Next phase:
• AI candidate scoring & qualification
• Skill matching against job descriptions
• Automated stage progression
• Interview scheduling automation
• Recruiter dashboards & analytics
• Duplicate detection
• Smart filters & search
• Offer management
• Automated rejection & follow-up emails
• Multi-role hiring pipelines
• Candidate ranking system
• AI recruiter assistant
Tech stack so far:
• OpenAI
• Airtable
• Gmail
• Google Drive
• PDF Parsing APIs
• JSON workflows & structured AI extraction
The goal is simple:
Build recruitment infrastructure that allows recruiters to focus on people, not repetitive admin work.
This project has also been teaching me a lot about:
• workflow orchestration
• AI pipelines
• document processing
• structured data extraction
• scalable automation architecture
• operational workflow design
Still building.
Still improving.
Will keep sharing the process and lessons along the way

Most people think automation is about saving time.
I'm starting to realize it's actually about removing decision fatigue.
Every manual process has hundreds of tiny decisions:
Did this email get processed?
Did we save the attachment?
Did we update the CRM?
Did we send the follow-up?
Did we miss a qualified candidate?
Did we move them to the next stage?
One task isn't the problem.
Thousands of tiny tasks are.
Over the last few days, I've been building an AI-powered recruitment workflow and one thing became obvious:
Companies don't lose efficiency because people aren't working hard.
They lose efficiency because humans are doing work that software should be doing.
Imagine receiving 500 applications.
A recruiter shouldn't have to:
Open every email
Download every CV
Extract candidate information
Create records manually
Move candidates between stages
That's not recruitment.
That's data entry.
The future of work isn't AI replacing people.
It's AI removing repetitive work so people can focus on judgment, creativity, and decision-making.
Still building.
Still learning.
Still breaking things and fixing them.
Will continue sharing the wins, mistakes, and lessons from this project.

A recent conversation with an acquaintance involved in recruiting sparked the idea for this project. Watching the amount of manual work involved in reviewing CVs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, tracking applications, and managing hiring pipelines made me start thinking:
How much of this process can actually be automated intelligently?
That question led me to start building an AI-powered recruitment automation system designed to reduce manual effort across the hiring lifecycle.
The goal is to automate:
• CV intake from email/forms
• Resume parsing using AI
• Candidate scoring and qualification
• Recruitment pipeline tracking
• Interview scheduling workflows
• Recruiter notifications and summaries
• Dashboard filtering and reporting
• Talent pool management
The system will use tools like Airtable, Make, OpenAI, email automation, and workflow orchestration to simulate a real-world recruitment operations workflow.
I’ve just started the process and I’ll be sharing my progress, architecture decisions, automation flows, challenges, and learnings as I continue building.
This project is also a way for me to explore how AI and automation can reduce repetitive operational work inside companies while still keeping humans in control of decision-making.
More updates coming soon.

One of the most underrated skills in any career is the ability to stay interested long enough to become good.
Most people quit when things become repetitive.
The irony is that repetition is exactly where understanding begins.
The first time you do something, you're following instructions.
The tenth time, you're recognizing patterns.
The hundredth time, you're solving problems before they happen.
Consistency isn't exciting.
But it compounds.
And compounding has a way of looking like talent from the outside.
Built an AI-Powered Real Estate Lead Qualification & Booking System with GoHighLevel.
Today I completed a real estate automation project that combines AI conversations, CRM automation, lead qualification, appointment booking, and follow-up workflows into a single customer journey.
Here's what happens from a prospect's perspective:
- A visitor lands on the real estate website
- They engage with an AI chat assistant that answers property questions and naturally collects key information such as:
• Property type
• Preferred location
• Budget
• Purchase timeline
• Contact information.
- The AI automatically qualifies the lead as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on urgency and buying timeline.
- Contact records are created and updated automatically within the CRM.
- If the prospect is ready, they can book a consultation directly through the integrated calendar without speaking to an agent.
- Once booked, opportunities are automatically created and moved through the sales pipeline.
- Automated workflows handle:
• Lead routing
• Contact management
• Opportunity creation
• Follow-up sequences
• Appointment reminders
• CRM updates
• Internal notifications.
AI-generated summaries are stored against the contact record, giving agents instant context before any follow-up conversation.
Tech Stack:
✅ GoHighLevel
✅ Conversation AI
✅ Workflow Automation
✅ CRM Pipelines
✅ Calendar Booking
✅ Custom Fields
✅ Tags & Lead Classification
✅ AI Lead Summaries
✅ Webhooks & Integrations.
This project reinforced something important:
The real power of AI isn't the chatbot itself. It's what happens after the conversation, automatically creating contacts, qualifying leads, updating pipelines, booking appointments, triggering follow-ups, and moving prospects through a complete sales process without manual intervention.
This is the type of automation that helps businesses respond faster, reduce admin work, and convert more leads consistently.

Most people see GoHighLevel as a funnel builder.
I did too... until I started pushing it beyond landing pages.
This week, while building a real estate lead generation system, I integrated an AI-powered website experience that combines:
✅ Custom-designed website & landing pages
✅ Conversational AI chat assistant
✅ Voice AI agent for natural phone-like conversations
✅ CRM automation & lead qualification
✅ Appointment booking workflows
✅ Automated follow-ups
What surprised me most was how far GHL has evolved.
Coming from a frontend background with React and Next.js, I'm used to building dynamic user experiences from code. Features like route-based navigation (dynamic slugs), animations, interactive components, AI integrations, and custom user journeys are things I normally build manually.
So discovering that I could create conversational experiences and Voice AI workflows directly inside GoHighLevel was genuinely interesting.
For this project, I decided to experiment with GHL's native Voice AI instead of my usual Vapi stack.
The goal wasn't just to answer questions.
The goal was to create a digital sales assistant that can:
- Speak with prospects naturally
- Handle website chat conversations
- Book appointments
- Answer property-related questions
- Capture and qualify leads automatically
This is only Phase 2.
Next up:
• AI-powered property recommendations
• Firebase-powered lead dashboard
• Advanced CRM automation
• Smart lead scoring
• Multi-channel follow-up campaigns
• Real-time notifications & reporting
The line between websites and AI agents is disappearing fast.
Websites are no longer static pages.
They're becoming interactive sales teams.
And honestly, that's one of the most exciting shifts happening in digital business right now.

The more I learn, the more I realize that the future belongs to people who can connect multiple skills together.
A few months ago, I was focused mainly on frontend development , building interfaces with React and Next.js, thinking about components, responsiveness, performance, and user experience.
Today, that foundation is helping me build something much bigger.
I'm now combining:
- Frontend Development
- Conversational AI
- CRM Automation
- Workflow Design
- Lead Generation Systems
- Funnel Building
- Voice AI
- Business Process Automation
What fascinates me is that businesses no longer need isolated tools.
They need systems.
A website should not just look beautiful.
It should:
• capture leads
• qualify prospects
• trigger workflows
• update CRM pipelines
• schedule appointments
• nurture customers
• generate insights
automatically.
The line between software development and business automation is becoming increasingly blurred.
The best solutions today aren't necessarily the most complex.
They're the ones that create seamless experiences for users while reducing manual work behind the scenes.
Every project teaches me something new.
Every workflow reveals another business problem that can be automated.
Every AI implementation opens up possibilities that weren't practical just a few years ago.
Still learning.
Still experimenting.
Still building.
But one thing is becoming very clear:
The future won't be built by people who know only one tool.
It will be built by people who understand how to connect technologies, systems, and experiences into solutions that create real business value.
And that's an exciting journey to be on.

I engineered a realtime AI-powered Lead Operations Platform that combines frontend engineering, automation workflows, Firebase infrastructure, realtime systems, authentication architecture, and CRM pipeline management into one fully connected experience.
The system flow works like this:
1️⃣ Lead submits a form(Tally form)
A prospect fills out a lead form containing:
contact details
budget
timeline
interest type
source information
2️⃣ Webhook triggers instantly
The form submission fires a webhook event directly into https://t.co/TVxsZnJqGV.
3️⃣ Automation orchestration layer begins
Inside https://t.co/TVxsZnJqGV:
payloads are parsed
fields are normalized
dynamic dropdown values are reconstructed
business logic is applied
lead scoring executes automatically
4️⃣ Dynamic lead scoring engine
The system calculates:
buying intent
urgency
budget quality
sales priority
Then automatically classifies leads into:
- Hot
- Warm
- Cold
5️⃣ Firebase Firestore realtime synchronization
Structured lead data is pushed into Firestore including:
lead_score
lead_status
pipeline_stage
assignment metadata
operational fields
6️⃣ Lovable frontend reacts in realtime
The dashboard updates instantly:
new leads animate into view
statuses update live
metrics recalculate
Kanban boards synchronize
lead assignments reflect instantly
7️⃣ Authentication & access control
Implemented:
Firebase Authentication
protected routes
Firestore access rules
authenticated dashboard access
8️⃣ CRM pipeline architecture
The platform now supports:
New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal Sent → Closed Won → Lost
with realtime drag-and-drop updates synced directly into Firestore.
9️⃣ Team workspace layer
Added:
lead assignment
workspace logic
operational ownership
collaborative CRM structure
This project became far bigger than a “dashboard”.
It evolved into:
a realtime operational intelligence platform.
The biggest realization for me:
modern frontend engineering is shifting toward building live systems, not static pages.
Realtime infrastructure + automation + frontend synchronization is an entirely different level of engineering.

Been deep in the GoHighLevel ecosystem lately and one thing I’m enjoying is bringing my frontend engineering knowledge into funnel and website building.
I recently started building a real estate project inside GHL , not just automations this time, but the actual landing page and website experience too.
Coming from a React & Next.js background, I naturally pay attention to:
- UI structure
- responsiveness
- spacing & layouts
- conversion-focused sections
- user flow
- clean modern design.
So instead of just “dragging blocks”, I approach GHL websites with an actual frontend mindset.
For this project, I’ve started with:
✅ Real estate landing page & website
✅ Responsive property listing sections
✅ Trust & testimonial sections
✅ Location-based property display
✅ CRM-ready lead capture setup
✅ Funnel structure planning
Still in the pipeline:
- Automations
- AI chatbot integration
- Lead nurturing workflows
- Pipeline automation
- Appointment flow
- Smart follow-up systems.
What I love most is seeing traditional frontend thinking blend with no-code/automation tools to create fast business systems that actually convert.
Frontend is no longer just React or Next.js apps.
It’s now websites, funnels, CRM experiences, AI interactions, and automation-driven user journeys.
And honestly… I’m enjoying the process
#GoHighLevel #FrontendDeveloper #ReactJS #NextJS #Automation #CRM #RealEstate #WebDesign #Funnels #UIUX #AI #NoCode #LeadGeneration
One thing I’ve realized recently is this:
AI is not the future anymore.
It’s becoming infrastructure.
The same way businesses today cannot function without the internet, CRMs, websites, cloud systems, or mobile devices…
very soon, businesses won’t function efficiently without AI-powered workflows and automation.
We are gradually moving into a world where:
• systems communicate with systems
• workflows make decisions automatically
• AI handles first-level interactions
• operations become increasingly autonomous
And honestly?
That shift is happening faster than most people realize.
The interesting part is that many people still see AI as:
“just ChatGPT”
or
“just content generation.”
But behind the scenes, businesses are already using AI to:
- automate customer engagement
- qualify leads
- organize operations
- improve response time
- reduce repetitive work
- increase conversion rates
- build intelligent workflows
The biggest lesson for me lately has been:
Technology is no longer just about building apps.
It’s now about building systems that can think, respond, adapt, and operate intelligently.
And the people learning these tools now -
AI, automation, workflows, integrations, conversational systems are positioning themselves for a completely different future.
Still learning every day.
Still experimenting.
Still building.
But one thing is certain:
The next generation of businesses will be powered heavily by intelligent automation.
#AI #Automation #ArtificialIntelligence #WorkflowAutomation #Tech #Innovation #BusinessAutomation #CRM #NoCode #DigitalTransformation #ConversationalAI #SaaS #GoHighLevel
The future of business is not just websites anymore…
It’s intelligent systems that can think, respond, qualify, organize, nurture, and automate operations with little human intervention.
Over the past few days, I’ve been deep in building a fully automated healthcare system for a maternity clinic using Conversational AI, CRM automation, workflows, pipelines, smart forms, and intelligent follow-up systems.
What looked like “just a website” became something much bigger:
✅ AI chatbot answering real patient inquiries
✅ Different forms for different patient categories
✅ Workflow automations based on user intent
✅ CRM pipeline movement automatically triggered
✅ Internal staff notifications
✅ Smart email nurturing by trimester
✅ Monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly patient engagement automation
✅ Automated onboarding & follow-up systems
One thing this project taught me:
Most businesses today are still operating manually without realizing how much time, money, and opportunities are lost daily.
Imagine:
• replying customers manually
• forgetting follow-ups
• missing leads
• manually assigning staff
• manually moving leads through pipelines
• manually nurturing clients
AI + Automation changes everything.
A customer can now:
-Visit a website
-Chat with an AI assistant
-Get qualified automatically
-Fill the right form
-Enter the correct pipeline
-Receive personalized emails
-Trigger internal workflows instantly, all without human intervention.
That’s the direction businesses are heading.
Not replacing humans…
but removing repetitive operations so businesses can scale faster and serve better.
The crazy part?
We’re still very early.
Healthcare, Real Estate, Agencies, E-commerce, Law Firms, Schools, Hospitality , almost every industry can benefit massively from conversational AI and automation.
Still learning.
Still building.
Still experimenting.
But one thing is clear:
People who understand AI systems and automation today are building the infrastructure of tomorrow.

Just wrapped up one of the most advanced automation projects I’ve built so far - a fully automated maternity & healthcare intake system using GoHighLevel, AI, workflows, pipelines, and conversational automation.
This wasn’t just a website.
I built a complete patient onboarding and communication ecosystem for a maternity clinic.
✅ Responsive healthcare website
✅ AI-powered conversational chatbot
✅ Smart registration & intake forms
✅ Multiple workflow automations
✅ Dynamic email nurturing sequences
✅ CRM pipeline automation
✅ Trimester-based patient follow-up system
Here’s what the system does
- Patients can interact with an AI chatbot directly on the website to ask questions about services, registration, specialist consultations, antenatal care, and more.
- Different forms were created for:
• General Registration
• Specialist Consultation
• Antenatal Registration
- Each form triggers different workflows automatically:
• Different confirmation emails
• Different onboarding sequences
• Different CRM pipeline stages
• Different follow-up automations
- One of my favorite parts:
The antenatal workflow intelligently segments pregnant patients by trimester and automatically sends:
• Monthly emails (1st trimester)
• Bi-weekly emails (2nd trimester)
• Weekly emails (3rd trimester)
This means the clinic can continuously educate and engage patients throughout pregnancy without manual follow-up.
- I also automated pipeline movement:
For example:
New antenatal intake → automatically moved into the first antenatal pipeline stage for staff visibility and tracking.
The entire project combines:
- Conversational AI
- Workflow Automation
- CRM Automation
- Lead/Patient Segmentation
- Email Automation
- Pipeline Management
- Smart Form Logic
This project really showed me how powerful AI + automation can be for healthcare businesses and service companies.
We’re moving from simple websites…
to intelligent business systems that can communicate, qualify, nurture, organize, and automate operations at scale.
Still learning. Still building.
