Thanks! Great point on usage-based pricing — seasonal demand spikes are real (March-April for sakura is 10x normal traffic).
Current plan: Free (100/day) → Pro ($29/mo, 10K/day). But we're considering a pay-as-you-go tier for exactly this reason.
