Fall garden tilling helps mix in organic matter so it can break down over the winter and enrich the soil & tends to dry out sooner in the spring allowing for earlier spring planting for cool season crops.

After over 5 years & about 100 driveways this is the last one, but I will still be doing garden tilling in the fall & spring, pretty sure I have at least 5 more years in me for those.

I torched this driveway first then did the tractor work, turned out great!

A small garden as hard as concrete, with a nice growing strawberry patch, was no match for the John Deere tractor & tiller!

A new 20’ x 25’ garden, from sod, tilled up great in the hour minimum charge of $75.00!

This driveway had a great transformation. I torched the weeds in the center of the driveway & the extra car parking area by the house. I’m sure those dandelions & other weeds we pulled out will eventually grow in new places, but now they have a fighting chance to weed new ones!

This driveway had a couple huge craters, many more potholes & a bunch of grass/sod. Those two high craters were so big I even brought along some free gravel for the customer, I figured we needed all we could get since no new gravel was purchased for this job, it turned out great!

A long driveway with over 50 potholes & some ruts turned out very well even with the limited amount of gravel on the driveway. In the future it could use some gravel to enhance some low areas, but today no new gravel was added & it’s a much smoother ride now.

This driveway had hundreds of small weeds emerging that were too small to pull. They were way down between the rocks so used the torch weeder for 2 hours first to wilt them, promoting a damaged structure, and then the box blade & rippers to get down below the surface and level.

Tilled a new small garden & tilled up some bare yard to get seeded with grass.

This driveway just needed a spring refresh due to those pesty weeds breaking through the rocks. Used a flame weeding method, instead of chemicals, to damage the cell structure of the weed with intense heat to make them wilt & die. Used the box blade when finished for a new look!

2nd garden of 2025 covered in thick clover grass, but it tilled up well. I always till three different directions at full depth on existing gardens to blend it up for a minimum 1st hour charge of $75.00!
