🚨 META / INSTAGRAM IS A COMPLETE SHITSHOW 🚨

They banned me for no reason.
I appealed.
They took a full MONTH to review it.
Then they admitted the ban was a MISTAKE and restored the account.

After that I decided I was done with this clown show.
I personally deleted EVERY single account I had.
By law they had 30 days to wipe ALL my data.

30 days passed.
Accounts are gone.
But they KEPT my username, email and phone number in their secret “risk” lists.

I create a brand new clean account…
Within SECONDS Instagram hits me with:
“We suspect this account is linked to another account that violates our rules”
and instantly bans the new one.

I appeal again.
They unblock.
I try again.
Same shit.
Over and over.

This is the proof:
Meta deliberately keeps your personal data even after they are legally required to delete it, just so they can keep shadow-banning you forever.

Instagram is a garbage company.
Meta is a garbage company.
I’m done being quiet about it.
I’m taking this to court to defend my rights.

I’m a former user of all Meta services. My Instagram account has been around since day one — fuck knows how many years. Family photos, friends, business, ads, money, time, soul — I poured it all in there. But their dumbass AI spots a **meme** in my story — no kids, no porn, just a regular meme — and bam: “child exploitation,” fuck.

Girls post fully nude pics — tits, ass, everything out — Meta stays silent, their algorithm blind to real porn. But my meme? Two days later, they wipe everything: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger — all accounts tied to their dumpster fire. “We’ll delete it forever in 180 days.” Zero proof. Appeal? Bot: “fuck off.”

In 2025–2026, this shit hit thousands: moms banned for beach pics of kids, businesses for car ads, bloggers for art. BBC: “false CSE accusations,” NBC: “fake child-safety flags,” ABC: “Meta wrongly accuses users.” Reddit r/facebookdisabledme — full of stories like mine: “15 years — gone for bullshit.” Petition with 56k signatures: “AI without review.” Meta deletes 600k accounts in “teen safety” push — half false positives, yet they brag.

Subscriptions? Pure scam: pay 20–30 bucks for “plus” — then get wiped faster than free users. No real support — just bots, templates, “we’re sorry.” Meta is a trap, a garbage heap where the algorithm decides who’s guilty.

Don’t invest a second, a cent, or a nerve there — or you’ll lose like me. I jumped to X. At least here they don’t ban you for breathing.
