Aliona and Georgy will be competing in the Russian Challenge show comp tomorrow!

They were working with choreographer Ilya Averbukh to prepare their performance 👀

This will be their first time competing at the show tournament (and first comp back since having their son Dima!)

application on my desk. When I was pregnant, we couldn't stay in the group because we didn't attend training sessions, so we had to submit the application. I haven't prepared a new application yet. There are general rules, and they apply to everyone. We're no exception."

Aliona and Georgy will also not be competing for the remainder of this season (25/26), but they plan to compete at Russian Challenge (the show tournament)

because there was no work. Then, I probably had just one weekend off - when I started getting a severe sinusitis after a street show. That was about a month ago, and the rest of the time I've been working without a day off. Gosha also worked 18-hour days.

Aliona and Georgy haven't begun training at AoP yet:

We've transferred, but we haven't trained yet for several reasons. We have a lot of projects, and I'm also recovering from a knee injury after a fall during a quadruple jump. I fell quite hard - it's not as noticeable in the

video, but the impact on the ice was very unpleasant. I'm currently recovering - it's nothing serious. Who hasn't fallen? Everyone falls, gets up, and recovers.

Plus, we're very busy - we work 18-hour days. My last weekend was spent in the maternity ward. I really got some rest

Not 100% confirmed yet, but reports say that Aliona and Georgy will be moving to the Angels of Plushenko as they return to competition! 👀

Sergey Roslyakov, their current coach, will remain their coach for the paired elements, while Evgeny Plushenko will coach their jumps ✨

In other news, Aliona is skating in the TV show 'Ice Age' with hockey player Nikita Ushnev. For the first episode, they skated to Metallica! 🤘

Other skaters in this season of Ice Age include Trusova, Shcherbakova, Akatieva, and Tuktamysheva!
