What a tremendous loss. Joanne was one of the warmest and most generous people I've ever known. She was a tremendous educator, advocate, mentor, and leader. I, like so many, learned so much from her. So, so, sad.
Dear Members of the Temple Community,
It is with deep heartbreak that we write to inform you that Temple University Acting President JoAnne A. Epps suddenly passed away this afternoon.
@bethwilensky Yes, I grew up in Creve Coeur and love all StL food — toasted rav, Imo’s, Steak n’ Shake. Way back used to like Bread Co but not the same since Panera.
Excited to engage with almost 80 @pennlaw students in the @ArmyWarCollege ISCNE South China Sea exercise. 2.5 days of intense strategic, multilateral negotiations.
@vivekssankaran I often say to my students that I’m more of a personal trainer than a professor. As clinicians we are not professing as much as we are helping our students develop into the lawyers they want to be. Maybe we should add Life Coach to that description.
