Booked an LPG cylinder for home delivery, but got a call to pick it up from NCC Tiraha Ballia, instead. Upon contacting Uphar Gas, I was told that my connection had been transferred to Maa Bhawani in Ratsar without my consent.

I booked a Speed Post on 23rd March, but the tracking information is inconsistent.
