@KiaInd Couple of complaints raised related to DPF issue, still issue is not yet resolved and service centre is saying there is no issue and everything is working fine. if every thing fine, why i am getting DPF alert for every 100 to 200 km. no response from KIA INDIA as well.

🚨 Urgent support needed from @KiaInd

Kia Seltos HTX Diesel (2019), repeated DPF regeneration failures.
This variant has NO manual regeneration option (confirmed in owner’s manual).

Owners cannot resolve this independently.

Same DPF issue.
Two Kia service centers.
Two completely different treatments:

✅ Trivandrum Kia — Fixed FREE
❌ Bangalore Epitome Kia — Charging every visit

Why is the policy inconsistent for the same vehicle and the same issue?

Also, all prescribed self-regeneration steps were followed:

• 60+ km/h
• 1500–2500 RPM
• 30+ minutes continuous drive

The warning still remained.

Service visits become unavoidable, this is a design/variant limitation, not misuse.

Multiple emails sent to Kia India.
No response.
Customer care email IDs bouncing.

No policy clarification provided.

Owners should not be repeatedly charged for something beyond their control.

Requesting @KiaInd to clarify:

📌 Official DPF regeneration charging policy
📌 Resolution plan for HTX Diesel owners
📌 Reason for dealership-level inconsistency
