3. If the Digiyatra checkpoint at the airport entry is missed due to some reason, usage of the Digiyatra entry is not allowed at the security checkpoint. This happened in my case.

@DigiYatraOffice I took several domestic flights over the last two weeks traveling to several airports and I noticed that the adoption of Digiyatra app is still low and I think the reason could be partly because of some technical issues within the app.

2. Not everyone or not every time web check-in is possible. So sometimes one will get a boarding pass only after checking in at the desk which results in fewer people using Digiyatra lane at the airport entry.

1. Scanning boarding passes work only the first time. If for some reason the scanning fails due to network issue, it doesn't work in the subsequent attempts at all which is weird.
