This road was repaired not more than a year ago and such is the condition today. Either the contractors employed were unskilled or there is lack of diligence of the concerned department. Your negligence can cause serious injury to life or property.

Yesterday morning I checked the request status as resolved even though the technician never came. I called the customer care for the same and they assured me that they will send the technician and guess what no one came.

Now I’m being asked to go through entire process again. If you have no intention to fix my issue then please tell upfront so that I can close my subscription and look somewhere else.

@JioCare I had raised a complaint regarding slow internet issue and a technician visit was scheduled. However those visits were rescheduled 2-3 times without informing me and no technician came.

@JioCare I have relocated back to my hometown where I already have Jio Fiber connection under my number. So I had 2 connections and wanted to close one for which I had raised a request to close the subscription. However it is not done and I’m billed for the same.

@JioCare I had a Jio Fiber connection for which I raised service cancellation on 26th May. I was told within 10 days the connection will be discontinued. However today is June 17th and still the connection is not discontinued, in fact I’ve been billed for the new month.

The My Jio app doesn’t have service cancellation option and we’ve to rely on customer care which clearly hasn’t closed my subscription from the date on which request was raised

I’ve contacted the customer care multiple times and they’ve responded that they’ll look into it however nothing has been resolved yet. I’ve moved out of the location where I had the connection and hence asked for cancellation but still I’m being billed.
