Sec. 37 of Arbitration Act also needs amendments. The appeals against Former HC Judges and SC Judges should be heard by Appellate Commercial Divisions in HC and not by District Judges in Commercial Courts.

I agree with the view of SG Tushar Mehta on Arbitration Law requiring amendments. Sec. 34 needs more stronger checks. Arbitral Awards should contain that Arbitrators have not used AI tools for giving reasons for their Awards. Let their own intelligence be seen.
