@LarryTaunton So the problem is just young pastors? Seems silly & foolish. Don’t get me wrong, many bad young pastors. But stop blaming everything on them. What would be your advice to a 25 year old out of Seminary? Sorry, your 7 yrs of training don’t matter. Go do something else tell your 40.

@zjsanmiguel Most YP are just starting ministry so maybe they don’t have the best teaching abilities and when they do they become pastors. This is due maybe to lack of pay or respect among the church. YP are seen as sub pastor. Plus they are paid little so many have to work other jobs.
