Sometimes it comes from:
• The childhood you deserved but never had.
• Parents who were physically there but emotionally absent.
• Losing people who are still alive.
• Walking away from a version of yourself that kept you unsafe.
• Realising love doesn’t always mean healthy.
• Outgrowing friendships you thought were forever.
• Finally seeing the truth about someone you trusted.

This grief is real.
It deserves space too.
