Today, Russia struck a passenger train in the Kharkiv region with attack drones. In any country, a drone strike on a civilian train would be regarded in the same way – purely as an act of terrorism. There would be no doubt about the classification, neither in Europe, nor in America, nor in the Arab world, nor in China, nor anywhere else. There is, and can be, no military justification for killing civilians in a train carriage. In particular, over 200 people were on the train, and 18 were in the carriage hit by one of the Russian drones. Overall, this attack involving three drones has so far resulted in four confirmed deaths. My condolences to all the families and loved ones. Rescue teams are still searching for four more people, and two others have been injured.

Russia must be held accountable for what it is doing. And this means responsibility not only for strikes against our people, against our life, but for the very ability to carry out such attacks. The Russians have significantly increased their capacity to kill, their capacity to terrorize. They are investing in the progress of terror. And our task – and this should unite all decent people around the world – is to ensure progress in the protection of life. This is possible through pressure on Russia. This is possible by punishing Russia for its actions. This is possible through support for Ukraine. I thank everyone who does not remain silent when they see what Russian terrorists are doing.

В Німеччині Олег Винник, який останні пару років доводив, який він патріот, на концерті закликав українців простити росіянам всі злочини, а вони простять українців (за що, не пояснив - може, за те, що мало вмираємо чи насмілюємось оборонятись?) - бо "кайфово любити один одного". Ну і заспівав звично вже російською. І німецькою. Бо ринок, бо попит.

Що ж. В очікуванні короткого перемир'я на умова Путіна хтось вже на низькому старті, а хтось не чекає відмаху і вже оперативно переорієнтувався.

Зауважте: німецьку Винник (і не тільки Винник, і не тільки німецьку) освоїв дуже оперативно і без нарікань на вік і звички. То тільки українська їм "непридатна до монетизації", тому нецікава.

3. Класичний Shahed Іран
• 105 імпортних компонентів. США - 40.
• Класична компоновка і якісніший корпус.

З точки зору бойового застосування різниці немає. Водночас, абсолютно справедливим є здивування (м'яко кажучи) що досі доступна така кількість компонентів. Виготовлених в тч у 2022, 2023 і 2024 роках.
Для організації виробництв, використовують також матеріали та засоби виробництва.”

This morning, rescue teams are working across Ukraine after an overnight barrage of Russian missiles and drones struck Kyiv, Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro, Kremenchuk, and Odesa.

Residential buildings, government offices, and civilian infrastructure were deliberately targeted. At least two people have been killed and dozens injured.

For the first time, the building of the Ukrainian Government sustained direct damage – its roof and upper floors hit in the enemy attack. Firefighters are extinguishing the blaze, and I thank them for their courage and dedication.

We will rebuild what has been destroyed. But the lives lost cannot be restored. Russia continues to terrorize and murder our people every single day.

The world must answer this terror not with words alone, but with decisive action. Sanctions pressure must be intensified, above all against Russian oil and gas. New restrictions are needed that will strike at the Kremlin’s military machine.

And most importantly, Ukraine needs weapons. Only strength can stop the terror and prevent Russia from killing Ukrainians every day.

Russia escalates its terror against Ukraine and this needs to get a strong response from our allies.

For the first time, more than 800 (!) drones and missiles overnight. Civilians killed and injured, civilian infrastructure damaged in Kyiv, Odesa, Kremenchuk, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhzhia, among other cities.

For the first time since the beginning of full-scale war, Russia damaged the Ukrainian Government building in Kyiv. This alone is a serious escalation.

The greatest cynicism is that these brutal attacks come just as President Trump makes every effort to achieve peace. But instead of reciprocating these efforts and agreeing to a leaders’ meeting, Putin rejects diplomacy and escalates terror.

Only pressure on Moscow can end its escalation of terror. The Russian war machine runs on oil and gas revenues. We urge our allies to defund it in order to end the war.

Russian terror “anti-records” require strong responses. New severe sanctions on Russia and new strengthening for Ukraine, particularly in air defense. Waiting will not bring results—action is needed now.
