Here’s the thing: timing is everything. Ideally, we recommend starting your job or contract search a few months before your current role wraps up. Why?

Because:
✅ You’ll have more time to explore roles that align with your career goals.
✅ You avoid the stress of rushing or settling for "whatever is available."
✅ Recruiters (like me!) can strategically market you to top clients—without the pressure of tight deadlines.
✅ And best of all, you can seamlessly transition from one contract to the next, avoiding gaps in employment.

Starting early is a win-win, for both you and your future employer. 🚀 Plus, with the IT job market always evolving, it pays to be proactive.

So, here’s my friendly advice: don’t wait. If your contract has an end date, make sure your search has a start date—one that’s early enough to give you options.
