@futchboyfriend In Norwegian we have “samboer” meaning “cohabitant”, you live together and are in a serious committed domestic partnership but are not married/engaged. I use partner in English not bc I don’t want to out myself as queer in my case but bc boyfriend doesn’t feel serious enough.
