@leinweber I know this is an old tweet but, how about you make a VGP that makes Slack go "offline" (set status to away) whenever someone starts typing a message to you. Then go back online when the other person stops typing, or that message is received.

@TheRealCFrancke @VishalG @rspruijt @awscloud If AWS and GCP (and any other CSP hoster) want to be able to host W10 on shared (multi-tenant) hardware - so used by other customers as well - they need to have the QMTH extension. As far as I know, AWS and GCP don't have the QMTH extension.

@TheRealCFrancke @VishalG @rspruijt @awscloud Customers are only allowed to bring in their own licenses, if the VM instances run on dedicated hardware with the hoster. AWS offers EC2 Dedicated Hosts and EC2 Dedicated Instances, and GCP offers sole-tenant nodes. Also see:

@rspruijt @awscloud This has been an issue for years, especially the ability to host W10 multi-tenant. I’m surprised that the big hosters have not taken legal action against MS for this... I guess it will start when they also make it impossible for end customers to host VDI/DaaS on W10.

@rspruijt @michael_keen @awscloud It’s “QMTH” actually, but other than that, correct.. ;) The requirements to be able to become QMTH qualified, are crazy and increase each year.
