My MRR should be way more than that according to the users I have, and that's what I'm trying to fix. 2x my MRR with the current users.
I'm testing this new idea I have, and documenting every thing. Will share the results soon

I have 1.2M impressions past 28 days on my insta, just using UGC content. Let me tell you, AI UGC is bullsh*t, it won't convert, and it shouts "AI" miles away.
Day 4/30
I reached $8.72k MRR, MAU is increasing but paying users % isn't. My next update will be live in less than a week, I'll be tweaking some things in the onboarding. Let's see

I remember the first days of building this 8.7K MRR app, stressing over a feature that in my head was the best invention ever. I thought that without this feature, no one would use the app. Hence i almost quit 2 times thinking this feature was impossible.. 1)🧵

"AI slop"
This is my initial reaction when I see an image like this.
Not because it’s AI-generated.
Because the human didn’t care enough to refine it.
We build faster than ever with AI, but we're getting insanely good at spotting AI-generated content.
Don't let AI be in the driver's seat.
Your taste is your moat.
Day 3 road to 10k MRR!
I've noticed weekends are my bad days. But I always get a boost the day after a weekend. I guess word of mouth is doing its job here.
Photo attached: I always get happy when users convert their plan to yearly after a monthly.

Adding a trial in your app is very bad. Especially if the risk of refunds is high.
Higher refund rate is guaranteed hence the risk of the amazing DPLA warning and account termination.

I'm using codex, which I think is one of the best if not the best.
UGC is the way I get my users. The best thing ever, just try to target a specific niche and spam UGC. It doesnt have to be paid, tell your friends, family to create some videos. Or you do it.
The most important thing is to not give up!
